In this pivotal role, you will:
- Act as lead developer on new projects and Business-as-Usual (BAU) enhancements.
- Take full ownership of Business Central development tasks.
- Drive upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS environments.
- Support and mentor junior developers.

Technical skills:
- 7+ years of experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience working with a Microsoft Partner.
- Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades (On-Prem to SaaS).
- Proficient in using Azure DevOps for version control and structured release processes.
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple development streams and priorities.
Soft skills:
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior developers.
- Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work.
