In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Act as lead developer on new projects and Business-as-Usual (BAU) enhancements.
  • Take full ownership of Business Central development tasks.
  • Drive upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS environments.
  • Support and mentor junior developers.
  • Play a key role in improving our development processes and workflows.

Technical skills:

  • 7+ years of experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
  • Experience working with a Microsoft Partner.
  • Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades (On-Prem to SaaS).
  • Proficient in using Azure DevOps for version control and structured release processes.
  • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple development streams and priorities.

Soft skills:

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior developers.
  • Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work.
  • Adaptable and patient – comfortable in a continuously improving environment.
  • Fluent communication skills.
