Your responsibilities:
- Technical and managerial oversight of the warehouse operations at the Eastwood and Grantham locations.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of all warehouse processes, particularly goods receipt, putaway, order picking, packaging, and shipping.
- Organizing, coordinating, and supervising day-to-day operations at both locations.
- Management, scheduling, and professional development of subordinate staff.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and internal guidelines.
- Monitoring and optimizing inventory levels, storage space, and workflows.
- Analyzing existing processes and developing and implementing improvement measures to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensuring a consistent approach across locations and coordination between Eastwood and Grantham.
- Close collaboration with adjacent departments, particularly Sales, the Projects Team, and other internal interfaces.
- Participation in inventory counts, evaluations, and general organizational matters within the warehouse.
- Preparation of key performance indicators, reports, and decision-making documentation for senior management.
Your profile:
- Completed education in logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a leadership role.
- Experience in managing and optimizing operational warehouse processes.
- Leadership experience and the ability to develop and motivate employees.
- A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work.
- Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and a sense of responsibility.
- Analytical thinking and an understanding of business operations.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
