Tego Group is seeking a Business Development Manager to originate, close and scale B2B partnerships across the UK and Europe. This hands-on, individual-contributor role is designed for someone who can handle enterprise-style deals, earn meaningful commission, and grow into senior commercial positions as the business scales.

You’ll own complex deals end-to-end, manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles with legal, finance and senior leadership, and work with founders on pricing and proposals.
