National Account Manager:

  • Providing support to National Sales Manager and assigned National Account Executives on post-sale activity including campaign implementation, maintenance and review.
  • Interacting with existing advertising agencies to include maintaining client schedules on television and digital in addition to implementation of special projects and promotions.
  • Working in tandem with National Sales Manager, Account Executives and Creative Services to support client needs.
  • Attending sales meetings and sales trainings to gain sales, product and process information and keep abreast of company products and services to articulate to client, when appropriate.
  • Assisting designated National Account Executives with maintenance of contracts, traffic, make-goods, collection and overall customer service.
  • Tracking clients’ audience delivery using ratings, impressions, clients KPIs, and campaign fulfillment.
  • Coordinating with the team to set up new customer accounts, contracts, order entry and revisions.
