Role Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, owning the end-to-end renewal and retention process.
- Lead renewal conversations, negotiating commercial terms and confidently handling objections.
- Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Proactively engage customers to increase usage, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively.
- Build strong, long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Identify churn risks early and implement proactive retention strategies.
- Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline activity using CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer success.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
