Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, owning the end-to-end renewal and retention process.
  • Lead renewal conversations, negotiating commercial terms and confidently handling objections.
  • Identify and deliver upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Proactively engage customers to increase usage, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and position solutions effectively.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Identify churn risks early and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and manage pipeline activity using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and support customer success.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

Role Requirements:

  • Proactive, resilient, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing ability.
  • Experience in sales, retention, account management, or customer-facing roles (preferred).
  • Commercially minded with a consultative selling approach.
  • Comfortable working towards revenue targets and KPIs.
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar preferred).
