Are you a technically minded Product Manager who thrives on taking ownership of products and features, working closely with Engineering and QA, and turning complex requirements into solutions that deliver real value for users?

You will work closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Business Analysts and wider stakeholders, translating business and Member requirements into clearly defined product requirements, prioritising development activity and ensuring products and features continue to evolve in line with user and business needs.

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical understanding, product ownership and analytical thinking with the ability to work effectively across technical and commercial teams.

TEG, established 26 years ago, is a rapidly growing B2B software (Saa S) company dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for the logistics and transportation industry.

As a Product Manager – Exchange, you will take ownership of products and features, ensuring they deliver value to our Members and support TEG's wider product and commercial objectives.

Own and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring development activity is focused on the highest-value opportunities.

Work closely with Engineering and QA throughout development to clarify requirements, resolve issues and support effective delivery.

Use product data, Member feedback and business insight to identify opportunities for improvements and new functionality.

Monitor the performance and adoption of products and features and use insight to determine where further improvements are required.

Balance technical considerations, Member requirements and commercial priorities when making product decisions.

Previous experience as a Product Manager within a software, Saa S or technology environment is essential.

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working directly with Engineering and QA teams.

Demonstrable experience taking ownership of software products and features and driving their ongoing development and improvement.

Experience using product data, customer feedback and other insight to inform product decisions.

Commercial awareness and an understanding of how product decisions influence adoption, customer experience and business performance.

Please note that previous Product Management experience within a software, Saa S or technology environment is an essential requirement for this role.

The salary for this role is up to £70,000, depending on experience, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
