About the Program

Our Graduate Technology, AI & Business Program has been designed to develop the next generation of business and technology leaders. The 12‑month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a strong foundation for a thriving career in the fintech industry. Successful candidates will join one of the following pathways:

  • Artificial Intelligence (AI)
  • Business Analysis
  • Java Software Development
  • Revenue Operations (RevOps)

Throughout the program you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to live projects and develop the commercial, technical and leadership skills needed to build an outstanding career. This structured journey ensures you gain end‑to‑end business exposure, building the confidence and capability to accelerate your career within TEG.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for future leaders, individuals with ambition, curiosity, and a genuine “fire to learn”. This program is designed for exceptional graduates with an outstanding academic record. To be considered, applicants must have:

  • A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or be completing a postgraduate qualification following a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree).
  • A minimum of A*AA at A‑Level, including A‑Level Further Mathematics (mandatory).
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Applications that do not meet these minimum academic requirements will not be progressed.

English plus one of: Romanian, German, Spanish, French, or Polish
