Transport Exchange Group Ltd (TEG) is looking for passionate and ambitious graduates and postgraduates with a real drive to learn, grow, and progress quickly to join our dynamic development programme.

About the Program

The 12-month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a strong foundation for a thriving career in the fintech industry. No prior experience? No problem. At TEG, we invest in mindset over experience, equipping you with everything you need to succeed. You will begin in our Operations team, developing core business skills across:

  • Customer Support
  • Onboarding
  • Risk
  • Quality Assurance

From there, you will have the opportunity to progress into the high-impact Quality Assurance team. This structured journey ensures you gain end-to-end business exposure, building the confidence and capability to accelerate your career within TEG.

About the Role

As part of our QA team, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and performance of our platforms. You will work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-performing products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the testing of new system features and product enhancements
  • Executing test cases and identifying software defects (bugs)
  • Collaborating with Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to improve product quality
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards
