Transport Exchange Group Ltd (TEG) is looking for exceptional graduates and postgraduates who have consistently demonstrated academic excellence and are ready to begin an accelerated career within a growing technology and fintech SaaS company.

Our Technical Product Pathway is designed to develop the next generation of Product Managers and technology leaders. You will work alongside Product Managers and leaders, engineers, data specialists and QA teams, gaining hands-on experience of how technology products are imagined, designed, built, tested, launched and continuously improved.

From product strategy, UX/UI and Agile delivery to data analytics, APIs and AI-enabled technology, you will develop a broad technical and commercial skillset while contributing to real products used by our customers.

Our teams work across Product, Engineering, Data, AI, QA and UX/UI to develop and continually improve the platforms and digital solutions our customers rely on every day.

Your Product Manager Track: Your journey starts with a structured induction into TEG, our products and our customers before moving into our Product team. You will gain hands-on experience across:

  • Product & Technology
  • Product strategy and roadmaps
  • Product discovery and development
  • Building and prioritising product features
  • Minimum Viable Product (MVP) development
  • Agile product delivery
  • Epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
  • APIs and product testing
  • UX/UI and design thinking

Data & Analytics: SQL, Data architecture and data warehouses, Business intelligence and data visualisation, Product metrics and KPIs, Using data to inform product decisions.

Industry Product Tools: You’ll gain exposure to tools used by modern Product and Technology teams, including: Jira, Productboard, Figma, Postman, Pendo, Miro, Sisense, Tableau.

AI & the Future of Product: AI is changing the way technology products are imagined, developed and improved. As part of your development, you will gain exposure to how AI and emerging technologies can be applied within Product, while building the technical, analytical and commercial thinking required to contribute to the next generation of technology products.

Learn by Doing: This is a hands-on graduate program designed to give you real exposure to Product and Technology from the beginning of your career. You will attend Product stand-ups and meetings, work alongside experienced Product professionals and progressively take responsibility for real product work.

Invest in Your Development: Your practical experience will be supported by structured professional training and recognised qualifications, including: AgileBA Foundation & Practitioner, PRINCE2, Six Sigma Yellow & Green Belt, Stakeholder Management & Influencing Skills training.

Where Could It Take You? This program is designed to build the foundations for a long-term career across Product and Technology. Your career could progress through: Product/BA Analyst → Associate Product Manager → Product Manager → Senior Product Leadership.

You should be excited by technology, products, data and AI, enjoy understanding how things work and be motivated by solving complex problems and turning ideas and customer needs into technology solutions.

To be considered, applicants must have:

  • A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree, or be completing a postgraduate qualification following a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree
  • A minimum of A*AA at A-Levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • The right to work in the United Kingdom

Position Details: Job Type: Full-time, Graduate & Postgraduate Program. Induction Location: Bewley House, Marshfield Road, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1JW. London Location: London King’s Cross, following successful completion of the induction programme. Working Hours: Monday to Friday onsite, 9:00am – 5:30pm. Work Authorisation: United Kingdom (required).
