Transport Exchange Group Ltd (TEG) is looking for passionate and ambitious graduates and postgraduates with a real drive to learn, grow, and progress quickly to join our dynamic BA development program.
About the Program
The 12-month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a strong foundation for a thriving career in the fintech industry. No prior experience? No problem. At TEG, we invest in mindset over experience, equipping you with everything you need to succeed.
You will begin in our Operations team, developing core business skills across:
- Customer Support
- Onboarding
- Risk
This hands-on experience will give you a deep understanding of our customers, products, and processes. From there, you will have the opportunity to progress into high-impact areas including Business Analyst roles where you will learn how to translate business needs into impactful technology solutions.
