About the Program

Our Early Careers Program has been designed to develop the next generation of business professionals. This structured three-year development program provides an exceptional opportunity to gain hands‑on experience across multiple business functions, earn recognised professional qualifications and build the knowledge, skills and confidence needed for a successful career within TEG. Your journey begins in our Chippenham office, where you will develop a strong understanding of our business, our customers and our products before progressing into your chosen specialist career. Throughout the program, you will rotate through the following business areas:

  • Customer Support
  • Onboarding
  • Risk
  • Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Business Development (New Business Sales)
  • Marketing and Account Management

This structured pathway provides broad business exposure while allowing you to discover where your strengths and interests lie before moving into a permanent role.
