We are looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Product Manager, an exciting opportunity for a high-performing, technically fluent, and results-oriented product leader. Trustd is a DIATF-certified Digital Identity platform revolutionising how compliance, identity, and secure transactions are delivered across the transport and logistics industry. Our mission is to unify the supply chain through reusable digital identities and secured transactions, delivering value through three strategic pillars: Network Compliance, Transactional, Context-Based Identity Verification, and FCA-Standard KYC/KYB for Financial Services Provision.

As Senior Product Manager Trustd, you will play a pivotal role in translating product vision into outcomes that align with our strategic business goals. You will be accountable for the end-to-end success of initiatives, leading a small team and collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, architecture, partners, and customers. This is a high-impact, strategic role for a technically fluent, systems-oriented product leader capable of delivering scalable solutions with viral network effects. Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership
    • Work with the Head of Product and wider leadership team to define and evolve the product roadmap, strategy, and objectives aligned to Trustd’s core mission.
    • Own and deliver strategic product outcomes that support network compliance adoption and user growth, secure transaction enablement, and reusable KYC/KYB.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a cross-functional unit of Product Managers, Analysts, and Designers to deliver high-quality product initiatives with validated user and business value.
    • Champion product discovery and hypothesis-driven development across the unit.
  • Product Execution
    • Translate complex regulatory, technical, and user requirements into clear deliverables.
    • Drive the delivery lifecycle, from discovery through delivery to rollout and iteration.
    • Integrate customer feedback, competitive landscape insights, and regulatory/government policy into product strategy and execution.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate closely with engineering, compliance, architecture, support, and commercial stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
    • Represent Trustd with key customers and partners to gather insight, test concepts, and co-develop solutions.
  • Voice of the Market
    • Maintain a deep understanding of identity standards, regulatory developments (e.g. eIDAS 2.0, PSD2, mDL), and technology trends across the UK, EU, and US.
    • Integrate customer feedback, competitive landscape insights, and compliance requirements into product strategy and execution.

Skills and Experience Required:

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent role, ideally within B2B SaaS, RegTech, or Identity domains.
  • Strong experience delivering KYC/KYB solutions in regulated environments, ideally with FCA-standard requirements.
  • Working knowledge of digital identity technologies, such as:
  • Biometric authentication
  • Auth 2.0 and OIDC protocols
  • Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) principles under PSD2
  • Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capability, with a bias for structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven development.
  • Skilled at stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams, including C-level engagement.
  • Comfortable leading teams, prioritising conflicting inputs, and navigating ambiguity in complex systems.
  • Preferred Knowledge & Exposure

    • Exposure to Self-Sovereign Identity (SSI), W3C Verifiable Credentials, or Reusable Digital Identity frameworks.
    • Familiarity with regulatory and governmental digital ID schemes such as:
    • eIDAS 2.0
    • EU/UK digital wallets
    • Mobile Driving Licence (mDL) standards
  • Experience with defining and implementing
  • Experience working in or building for network-driven platforms or marketplaces with viral spread mechanics.
  • Comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence, Sisense, Tableau, Figma, Productboard, Miro and more.
  • Willingness to learn and implement AI-enabled product management tools.
  • Ability to write clear technical documentation and interface specifications.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile/kanban methodologies.
  • Some understanding of UX principles and technical constraints.
  • Some understanding of APIs, backend systems, and service-oriented architecture.
  • Business Expertise:

    • Exceptional problem-solving ability with a bias for action and results.
    • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Operates independently with minimal oversight and takes full accountability.
