We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Senior Product Manager, Mobile, to lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our mobile applications. In this high-impact role, you’ll be responsible for driving feature delivery, user adoption, and growth across multiple mobile apps that power the logistics and transport industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Execution
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for mobile, from discovery and ideation to launch, optimisation, and ongoing enhancements.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, and data teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile applications with a strong focus on usability, security, and performance.
- Define and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring a balance between new features, technical improvements, and compliance.
- Drive an agile and iterative approach, using data-driven insights, experimentation, and user feedback to refine and improve the mobile experience.
- Ensure the mobile app integrates seamlessly with existing portals, platforms, and APIs, supporting a connected digital ecosystem for our clients.
Strategic Leadership
- Define and evolve the mobile product roadmap in collaboration with the CEO, Product Director, and wider leadership team.
- Deliver outcomes that drive App Store compliance, adoption, and user growth.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor Product Managers, Analysts, and Designers to deliver high-value initiatives.
- Champion product discovery and hypothesis-driven development.
Stakeholder Management
- Align mobile product goals with internal stakeholders, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Engage directly with clients to validate product decisions and gather market feedback.
- Partner with marketing and customer success to drive adoption, engagement, and retention.
Voice of the Market
- Stay ahead of mobile trends and technologies (e.g. eIDAS 2.0, mDL) across the UK, EU, and US.
- Integrate customer feedback, competitor insights, and compliance requirements into strategy.
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Senior Product Manager (or equivalent), ideally in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
- Deep expertise in mobile product management, including UX, feature delivery, and app store optimisation.
- Experience using analytics, A/B testing, and performance tracking to drive decisions.
- Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility to prioritise effectively.
- Strong knowledge of data security and compliance in mobile apps.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong communicator—able to simplify complex ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Confident leading discussions with internal teams and external clients.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making under ambiguity.
- Operates independently with full accountability.
