Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is seeking a visionary Head of Enterprise Marketing to lead our enterprise growth strategy. In this senior role, you\’ll be at the forefront of engaging high-value enterprise accounts, building powerful brand narratives, and delivering pipeline and revenue through world-class marketing execution.

Responsibilities:
Enterprise Marketing Strategy
- Develop and deliver a comprehensive enterprise marketing strategy aligned to commercial goals
- Build integrated marketing plans with clear targets and measurable KPIs
- Own reporting and optimisation across performance, pipeline, and ROI
ABM & Demand Generation
- Create and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs to attract and convert high-value enterprise accounts
- Partner with Sales to personalise campaigns and accelerate deal velocity
- Drive expansion and upsell strategies across existing enterprise customers
Brand & Content Leadership
- Define our enterprise value proposition and ensure consistent positioning across all touchpoints
- Deliver high-impact content for C-suite audiences—case studies, whitepapers, executive interviews, and more
- Establish an authoritative social and thought leadership presence in our space
Events, PR & Comms
- Own strategy and delivery of enterprise events including industry conferences, roundtables, and TEG-led experiences
- Manage enterprise-focused PR efforts and executive profiling to boost brand visibility and credibility
- Drive post-event and PR follow-ups to convert interest into opportunities
Stakeholder & Team Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise marketing team
- Align closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support go-to-market strategies
- Champion a culture of innovation, performance, and data-driven decision making
Skills and Experience Required:
- Significant experience in senior B2B marketing leadership roles with a clear focus on enterprise marketing.
- Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue through enterprise ABM, demand generation, and brand programs.
- Strong understanding of enterprise buyer journeys, personas, and decision-making processes.
- Experience building thought leadership and executing large-scale enterprise events and conferences.
- Deep experience in collaborating with Sales on enterprise account targeting, pursuit, and expansion strategies.
- Proficient in enterprise marketing tools and platforms including HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional leadership skills.
