About the Program
The 12-month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a strong foundation for a thriving career in the fintech industry. No prior experience? No problem. At TEG, we invest in mindset over experience, equipping you with everything you need to succeed.
You will begin in our Operations team, developing core business skills across:
- Customer Support
- Onboarding
- Risk

From there, you will have the opportunity to progress into high-impact areas such as:

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Saturday rota (9:00 am – 1:00 pm)
- Salary: Graduate: ÂŁ34,860 per year, Postgraduate: ÂŁ37,860 per year
