Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. You will play a key role in driving customer engagement, adoption, and long-term success across our SaaS products; ensuring every customer understands, values, and maximises what TEG has to offer.

Responsibilities
Product Campaign Management
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of product launch campaigns, feature updates, and targeted rollouts.
- Develop and deliver segmented campaigns that drive awareness, product usage, and satisfaction.
- Tailor messaging to different customer personas and use cases for maximum relevance and impact.
Collaboration with Product Marketing
- Partner closely with the Product Marketing Manager to leverage product briefs, collateral, and insights.
- Ensure customer‑facing content accurately reflects product functionality and value.
Project Management & Delivery
- Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with wider business objectives.
- Manage campaign timelines, approvals, and post‑campaign evaluations.
Performance Analysis
- Track, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness using marketing metrics and dashboards.
- Present actionable insights and data‑driven recommendations to stakeholders.
Customer Insight
- Maintain a strong understanding of customer needs, behaviours, and feedback.
- Use insights to shape campaign strategy, product communication, and engagement initiatives.
Creative & Content Delivery
- Write compelling, customer‑centric copy for emails, in‑app messaging, and product announcements.
- Design basic banners and visual assets using tools like Adobe Express, ensuring all materials are engaging and on‑brand.
- Organise and execute webinars and online events to support product awareness and customer engagement.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven experience in product marketing or customer marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Customer‑focused mindset, able to empathise with users and communicate product value clearly.
- Strong project management and organisational skills, managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Proficient in using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, Pendo, or similar.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills, able to translate technical features into engaging, user‑friendly messages.
- Analytical ability to interpret campaign data and refine strategies based on results.
- Creative flair with a keen eye for design; ability to produce visually appealing assets for digital campaigns.
- Collaborative approach, comfortable working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Experience in multi‑product messaging and driving customer engagement across various platforms.
- Familiarity with Adobe Express or other design tools to create campaign visuals.
- Experience using tools such as Microsoft Office, Asana, Slack, Zendesk, HubSpot, Miro, Tableau, Pendo, or Confluence.
- Previous experience organising webinars or virtual events as part of customer engagement initiatives.
