We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Product Manager to lead the end-to-end journey of our products — from that first spark of an idea to delivering high-impact solutions. Transport Exchange Group, established 25 years ago, is a rapidly growing B2B software (SaaS) company dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions for the logistics and transportation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover insights.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Monitor product performance, usage and feedback post-launch; own metrics and outcomes across multiple products and continuously evolve the platform/product area based on performance and learnings.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Some understanding of UX principles and technical constraints.
- Comfortable with using or learning tools like Jira, Confluence, Sisense, Tableau, Figma, Productboard, Miro and more.
