Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping new clients see real value from day one? Transport Exchange Group (TEG) is looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our growing Customer Operations team. You will be at the front line of welcoming new members, guiding them through activation, and setting them up for long-term success on our platform.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the first point of contact for new members, delivering a best-in-class onboarding experience.
- Guide new customers through welcome calls, account activation, and tailored training.
- Support members in achieving a fast return on their investment with our platform.
- Manage daily onboarding tickets through Zendesk, ensuring timely resolution.
- Deliver outbound support via phone and email, educating members on key features and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless handover to Customer Support.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes and contribute to the overall customer journey.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate or Post Graduate Degree.
- Experience in a customer service or client onboarding role.
- Confident working with CRM tools (e.g. Zendesk or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal.
- Passion for customer success and a naturally proactive approach.
- Able to work towards KPIs or performance objectives.
- Great attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
- Resilient, solutions-focused, and eager to learn and develop.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
