Transport Exchange Group Ltd (TEG) is looking for passionate and ambitious multilingual graduates and postgraduates to join our dynamic development program.
About the Program
The 12-month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a solid foundation for a thriving career in the Tech industry. No prior experience? No problem. At TEG, we believe in equipping you with everything you need to succeed, regardless of your background. Our structured program provides immersive training across various roles. Starting in our Operations team, you will gain skills in Customer Support, Onboarding, or Customer Success. You will then have the opportunity to expand into departments like Quality Assurance, Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Product Management—giving you the experience and confidence to advance within TEG.
