Job Description
- Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons to a diverse range of students (typically young learners, teenagers, or adults).
- Utilize a communicative approach to foster speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Manage a classroom environment effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Administer and grade placement tests, quizzes, and exams.
- Attend occasional mandatory professional development workshops and staff meetings.
- Maintain accurate attendance records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Minimum Requirements (Essential for Work Permit)
- Bachelor’s Degree (in any field).
- TEFL/TESOL Certification (minimum 120 hours required).
- Clean Criminal Background Check (from home country).
- A willingness to commit to a minimum 9- to 12-month contract.
