Job Description

  • Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons to a diverse range of students (typically young learners, teenagers, or adults).
  • Utilize a communicative approach to foster speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
  • Manage a classroom environment effectively, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
  • Administer and grade placement tests, quizzes, and exams.
  • Attend occasional mandatory professional development workshops and staff meetings.
  • Maintain accurate attendance records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents/guardians.

Minimum Requirements (Essential for Work Permit)

  • Bachelor’s Degree (in any field).
  • TEFL/TESOL Certification (minimum 120 hours required).
  • Clean Criminal Background Check (from home country).
  • A willingness to commit to a minimum 9- to 12-month contract.
