Company Overview: Angloville is one of the largest providers of language immersion programmes in Europe. As an English speaker, you can volunteer abroad and discover seven European countries for free, with board and lodging covered in beautiful countryside hotels while conversing with various language learners. Join more than 8,000 people from all over the world for an Angloville experience this year.

Job Summary: As an English speaking International Participant you will join our sponsored cultural exchange programmes and stay in venues in Poland and other parts of Europe for 2 to 3 weeks. You will help European language students practice English through a series of conversations, games, workshops, cultural and fun‑packed activities. You are not required to be a formal teacher but simply be a partner for conversation while experiencing cultural immersion and fun.

Essential requirements:

  • Have C1/C2 level English; fully conversant and confident with English communication.
  • 18 years old or older.
  • Good social and conversation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate conversation, games and workshops to help language learners practice English.
  • Participate in cultural and fun‑packed activities.
  • Engage with learners in 1‑on‑1 and small group settings.
  • Be a partner for conversation while experiencing immersive cultural settings.

Training & Certification:

  • 120‑hour accredited online Anglo‑TEFL course (accredited by TQUK, Ofqual, ACDL).
  • Three‑week real‑life teaching practice in hotels across Europe.
  • Letter of reference and friendly job‑hunting advice.

Salary & Benefits:
