Position: Centre Manager and Director of Studies for Residential Summer Programme

Location: Based in the beautiful settings of Somerset or Bedford, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth, efficient and successful running of the Young Learner centre, including all associated administrative tasks.
  • Deliver effective language programmes and ensure the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Ensure safety and wellbeing of students and team members in line with BSC Safeguarding Policy.
  • Oversee overall student experience.

Qualifications:

  • Cambridge DELTA, MA TESOL, Trinity Dip TESOL or equivalent.
  • Applicants must be of TEFLQ status as described by the British Council.
  • Experience: 3 years.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Full salary package (Residential): £980.00–£1180.00 per week (depending on experience).
  • Accommodation provided.
  • Residential meals: 3 meals per day, catering to dietary and religious requirements.
  • Paid induction and training.
  • Weekly salary includes annual leave calculated with 12.07% method.
  • Typical weekly working schedule: Monday–Sunday (6 days a week).
  • Maximum 72 hours per week.
