At SeAH Wind, we’re at the forefront of the offshore wind revolution — and we’re looking for a highly skilled Project Director to deliver complex, large-scale contracts from concept to completion. In this senior leadership role, you’ll oversee the full project lifecycle, working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality, safety, and commercial success. This is your opportunity to shape delivery strategy on major infrastructure programmes and play a key role in building a greener future.
What You’ll Do
- Provide end-to-end strategic oversight across key projects, covering scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, and resources.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Project Managers, Coordinators, and Planners.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Production, Commercial, Finance, HR, QA, HSE, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution.
- Be the senior face of SeAH Wind to our customers, building trust through clear, confident leadership.
- Own high-level internal and external reporting across financial, operational, and delivery metrics.
- Drive mitigation strategies across contracting, execution, and post-delivery stages.
- Develop and continuously improve KPIs and client deliverables.
- Take full accountability for payment milestones and commercial progress.
- Lead strategic engagement with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and senior stakeholders.
- Implement and refine core project management processes in line with offshore wind and manufacturing best practices.
- Monitor and improve supplier/subcontractor performance to meet deliverables and timelines.
What You’ll Bring
- Senior project leadership experience in offshore wind, manufacturing, or heavy engineering sectors.
- Advanced project certifications – PMP, Prince2, or equivalent.
- A track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects to technical and commercial excellence.
- Strong leadership across multidisciplinary teams with proven ability to inspire, challenge, and lead through others.
- Confidence in managing key client relationships in high-stakes settings.
- Experience with contract claims and driving favourable outcomes.
- Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6, fabrication logistics, and supply chain management (steel, coating, welding).
- Excellent understanding of HSE and QA requirements within industrial project environments.
- Expertise in contract management, budgeting, negotiation, and risk mitigation.
