Production Supervisors

Overview

Locations: Darlington, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, Stockton-on-Tees

Our state-of-the-art facility in Teesside is under construction, and we’re actively seeking Welding and Plating Supervisors to join our team with various start dates across the year. We are building the biggest XXXL Monopile factory in the world servicing the offshore wind industry with several secured projects commencing in 2025. This role offers a stable opportunity with reduced travel and potential involvement in Green Energy initiatives.

What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate team activities, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement across the production process.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of operators, allocate workloads, and ensure production schedules are achieved.
• Monitor output and address issues that affect efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide clear communication and leadership, motivate the team, deliver training where required, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean processes, quality standards, and workplace safety.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and lead a team.

Benefits and pay

• Pay rate: £23.71 per hour
• Shift patterns: initially Mon-Fri 40 hours per week on days until commissioning phase is complete; shifts thereafter depending on project needs.
• Continental shifts: 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off with 30% shift allowance
• 3 Shift: Days, Backs (15% shift allowance) and Nights (25% shift allowance)
