As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for passengers and visitors.
From serving food and drinks to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer care, you’ll help deliver an exceptional airport experience.
Job Summary
We are looking for passionate and ambitious individuals to work as part of our Retail, Food & Beverage team.
Driving customer excellence throughout our expanding offering, you will lead by example, support business objectives, and promote the Airport’s vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a first-class passenger experience while supporting the growth of our retail, food and beverage offering.
- Provide front-of-house retail, bar and table service, taking passenger orders and serving food and drinks.
- Prepare hot and cold food items in line with company standards.
- Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, presentation and hygiene.
- Ensure food safety and environmental health practices are followed at all times.
- Develop a strong knowledge of our retail, food and beverage products and actively upsell to customers.
- Support colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer service.
Experience & Skills
- Educated to GCSE level or hold a Food Safety Level 2 qualification.
- Previous experience within a retail, food and beverage environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional approach.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in challenging situations.
- Strong understanding of food handling and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work as part of a team and lead by example.
- Experience in a similar hospitality environment.
- Experience working within the aviation sector.
- Awareness of environmental health guidelines and compliance requirements.
