Apprenticeship Assistant Administrator – End Point Assessment

This full-time role plays a vital part in supporting our professional apprenticeship provision across the University. As Apprenticeship Assistant Administrator, you will contribute to the smooth coordination and delivery of key administrative functions, focusing particularly on onboarding, retention, and the ongoing support of apprentices.

You’ll work closely with our apprentices, colleagues, and partners, providing administrative assistance, responding to queries, maintaining apprenticeship records, and supporting financial monitoring processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the professional apprenticeship provision across the University with a focus on onboarding, retention, and ongoing support of apprentices.
  • Coordinate and deliver key administrative functions to ensure smooth operation of apprenticeship activities.
  • Provide administrative assistance to apprentices, respond to queries, maintain apprenticeship records, and support financial monitoring processes.
  • Work closely with apprentices, colleagues, and partners to facilitate effective learning and alignment with employer expectations.
