Responsibilities:
- Deliver innovative, engaging and effective teaching; provide pastoral support; supervise projects; contribute to professional development and business engagement.
- Engage in management activities such as module leadership; produce appropriate documentation; collaborate with colleagues to disseminate best practice.
Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of effective teaching and assessment at undergraduate and postgraduate level using a variety of approaches.
- Either extensive professional experience in a related field and a degree or a PhD in a relevant discipline, or proven experience in teaching and supervising at the DBA level, with recognised expertise in project management.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills; IT skills to produce materials and engage students; ability to apply initiative, creativity and judgement in teaching, research and scholarly activities.
- Capability to support student retention through caring for pastoral needs.
Anticipated start date: 1 May 2026.
