£39,195 – £46,517 per annum plus £4,201 London premium + up to 10% bonus scheme

What we are looking for:

Enthusiastic academic professionals to contribute to teaching and assessment, curriculum design at TU London. You will apply creativity, innovation and subject expertise to the delivery of an outstanding student learning experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver innovative, engaging and effective teaching; provide pastoral support; supervise projects; contribute to professional development and business engagement.
  • Engage in management activities such as module leadership; produce appropriate documentation; collaborate with colleagues to disseminate best practice.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience in the design and delivery of effective teaching and assessment at undergraduate and postgraduate level using a variety of approaches.
  • Either extensive professional experience in a related field and a degree or a PhD in a relevant discipline, or proven experience in teaching and supervising at the DBA level, with recognised expertise in project management.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills; IT skills to produce materials and engage students; ability to apply initiative, creativity and judgement in teaching, research and scholarly activities.
  • Capability to support student retention through caring for pastoral needs.

Anticipated start date: 1 May 2026.

Please note that this role will be filled through a two-stage selection process:

  • Longlisting Stage: Candidates who meet the initial criteria will be longlisted and invited to submit a short video presentation. Full details and guidance will be provided at that stage. The deadline for video submissions is 16 February 2026.
  • Shortlisting and Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a formal interview. The interview will take place on 2 March 2026.
