We are looking for two talented, creative and strategic Marketing Officers to join our team in Student Recruitment & Marketing. These roles offer an exciting opportunity to shape high-impact campaigns, deliver engaging content, and collaborate across the University to support ambitious recruitment and business-engagement goals.

About the roles:
- Marketing Officer (Fixed term for 9 months)
You focus on planning and delivering innovative, multichannel student recruitment campaigns across all recruitment streams. You work closely with colleagues across SRM and academic schools to develop and deliver high-impact paid activity, create compelling content, drive CRM and conversion activity, and ensure our prospectuses and publications are delivered to a high standard. You also support and deputise for the Marketing & Campaigns Manager, lead on campaign performance reporting, and help maintain strong relationships with our media buying agency and education platform providers. - Marketing Officer (Permanent)
You lead the development and delivery of targeted marketing campaigns designed to raise awareness of Teesside University's business-facing offer. This includes workforce development, apprenticeships, CPD, consultancy, research and innovation, facilities, talent pipelines and regional partnerships. Working closely with wider stakeholders, you create content that resonates with business audiences, oversee digital and print collateral, and contribute to the University's profile as a strategic partner for employers locally, regionally and nationally. You also support broader student recruitment objectives, working with colleagues to plan and deliver innovative, multichannel student recruitment campaigns for our online course provision. You also support and deputise for the Marketing & Campaigns Manager, lead on campaign performance reporting, and help maintain strong relationships with our media buying agency and education platform providers.
