Overview

This position forms part of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programme which is part funded by Innovate UK. It’s essential you understand how KTP works with Business and University partners, and the vital role you will play if you successfully secure a KTP Associate position.

You will have access to a dedicated training budget tailored towards your personal development, access to industry leading technology and supervision from a leading academic research team from Teesside University. The partner, Atomix Educational Trust is a Multi Academic Trust based in Guisborough, North east England.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) project between Atomix Educational Trust and Teesside University.
  • Drive digital transformation across Atomix, enabling innovation in teaching, learning, and organisational practices.
  • Act as a key facilitator, bridging academic insights and real-world challenges to design practical, scalable solutions that align with Atomix’s vision of becoming a Digital Hub of Educational and Skills Excellence.

Recruitment and Process

  • The University may ask you to participate in a number of selection activities as part of the recruitment process for this vacancy. This is a two-stage interview process. First stage interview will take place via Microsoft Teams. Second stage interview will take place in person at the company premises, where you will present to a panel.
  • First Stage Interviews will take place on 5 November 2025.
  • Second Stage Interviews will take place on 13 November 2025.

Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
