This position forms part of the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programme which is part funded by Innovate UK. It is essential you understand how KTP works with Business and University partners, and the vital role you will play if you successfully secure a KTP Associate position.
This position is initially for a 30-month fixed-term contract. You will be employed by Teesside University but will be working for the business partner day to day, virtually based within the UK (occasional attendance at their Head Office required).
You will have access to a dedicated training budget tailored towards your personal development, access to industry-leading technology and supervision from a leading academic research team from Teesside University.
The business partner, Gateway Qualifications Limited, is a UK-based awarding organisation that designs and accredits vocational and technical learning programmes (Entry to Level 8), helping people gain practical skills. Regulated by Ofqual and the QAA, their portfolio includes over 400 qualifications, Access to HE Diplomas, End-Point Assessments, and bespoke programmes aligned with the UK qualifications framework.
This KTP aims to create a Digital Mindfulness Toolkit that leverages AI and data infrastructure, guided by human-centred change, to enable responsible digital transformation through a strategic 'Digital Gateway' connecting people, systems, and insights.
First Stage Interviews will take place on 13 March. Second Stage Interviews will take place on 23rd March.
Please be advised that due to the minimum salary thresholds imposed by the UKVI, this post may qualify for University sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route.
