Job Title: Apprenticeship Assistant Administrator
This role plays a vital part in supporting our professional apprenticeship provision across the University. As an Apprenticeship Assistant Administrator, you will contribute to the smooth coordination and delivery of key administrative functions, focusing particularly on onboarding, retention, and ongoing support of apprentices. You will work closely with apprentices, colleagues, and partners, providing administrative assistance, responding to queries, maintaining apprenticeship records, and supporting financial monitoring processes.

- A holiday entitlement of 185 hours (25 days), increasing to 28 and 30 days after 3- and 5-years\’ service respectively, plus bank holidays. Entitlement is pro rata for part-time posts.
