Butterwick Hospice is seeking a People & Governance Officer to provide a professional HR generalist service across our teams at Butterwick Hospice, with travel across sites as required. You will support the delivery of a people strategy, ensure policy compliance and uphold organisational values.
Working within the People team, you will help shape Learning and Development provision and play a key role in the emerging group as the hospice merges with Teesside Hospice to deliver resilient services.
