Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Teesside Hospice Group Offices

Teesside Hospice and Butterwick Hospice are coming together with a shared vision: to ensure that everyone who needs hospice care can access the very best support, now and in the future. Together, we already support over 6,700 people each year across Tees Valley and County Durham - but we know the need is growing. By combining our expertise, resources and ambition, we are building a stronger, more sustainable future for hospice care.

We are now looking for an exceptional Group Head of Partnerships and Philanthropy to play a critical role in that future. This is a rare opportunity to lead and shape a high-value fundraising function across two respected hospices.

You will drive ambitious income growth across:

  • Trusts and foundations
  • Corporate partnerships

You’ll lead a team building powerful relationships with high-value supporters, and personally secure transformational gifts that will directly impact patient care. This is both a strategic leadership role and a hands-on fundraising role - ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing significant gifts and leading high-performing teams.
