We recently announced that Teesside Hospice will shortly merge with Butterwick Hospice. We’re seeking someone to lead our HR, volunteering and governance activities for our new Hospice Group, working across multiple sites with 250+ employees and 500+ volunteers. We are at the start of an exciting period for our Hospice Group, and you could play a major part in shaping the future of palliative and end of life care for Tees Valley communities for years to come.
We are looking for a qualified and/or highly experienced HR leader, with a strategic perspective. Ideally the individual will have an understanding of data protection and hospice governance, alongside volunteer leadership, but training can be provided if this knowledge/experience needs to be developed.
