Teespro Recruitment is partnering with a Middlesbrough-based Mechanical and Electrical Engineering consultancy to appoint a Mechanical Building Services Engineer (Design) on a permanent basis. As a Mechanical Building Services Engineer (Design) you will:
- Report to Senior Engineers for work duties.
- Produce designs, calculations and drawings under the instruction of Senior Engineers.
- Utilise industry standard software, i.e. Amtech, Hevacomp, IES, Revit, AutoCad, etc. (Training will be provided where necessary).
- Be proficient using standard Microsoft packages.
- Ideally have some experience of working within the construction industry, either for a consultancy, contractor or manufacturer.
Key skills and qualifications of a Mechanical Building Services Engineer (Design):
- Industry qualifications in Mechanical Engineering (including other associated fields), or Building Services Engineering.
- Flexible approach to job requirements.
- To communicate in writing and verbally with clarity and to a wide range of people and organisations.
- Maintain the highest professional and personal standards.
- Ensure client requirements are met in an efficient and prompt manner with maximum accuracy.
