Teespro are supporting a specialist legal team working within the military and serious injury space. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor with 0-3 years post qualification experience, to join a well-established department handling highly impactful cases involving service personnel, veterans and their families. If you are motivated by meaningful work, complex caseloads and claimant-focused litigation, this role offers a strong platform for long-term development.

The Role:

  • Manage a varied and meaningful caseload involving personal injury matters where service personnel were not adequately protected from illness or injury.
  • Clinical negligence and industrial disease claims, including carcinogenic exposure cases.
  • Drafting witness statements, pleadings and reviewing medical evidence.
  • Advising clients on sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Instructing and liaising with Counsel; attending complex conferences.
  • Taking initial enquiries and providing regular updates throughout the claims process.
  • Attending legal clinics across multiple locations.
  • Supporting senior lawyers and, when required, supervising junior team members.

The ideal candidate will likely have:

  • Up to 3 years post qualification experience.
  • Exposure to serious injury, clinical negligence, industrial disease, or health-related litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of CPR and personal injury procedures.
  • Excellent client care skills, especially in sensitive or complex matters.
  • Ability to run a caseload with supervision, prioritise deadlines and work effectively within a team.
  • A proactive, ambitious and professional approach to claimant work.
