Teesdale Community Resources (TCR) is looking for a dynamic and values-led Charity Director to provide strategic leadership as the organisation enters an exciting new phase of growth and development. TCR is a well-established charity at the heart of the Teesdale community. We deliver a wide range of activities, services, and opportunities for people of all ages, with a strong focus on wellbeing, inclusion, creativity, connection, and reducing rural isolation.

Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, this leading role at TCR will provide strategic vision and governance oversight, develop and grow regional and national partnerships, generate sustainable grant and commercial funding streams, and have overall responsibility for the delivery of the charitable aims. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a friendly and committed team and shape the continued development of an organisation that makes a real difference within the local community.
