Tees Active is seeking a part-time Customer Service representative at Billingham Forum. You will be the first point of contact, handling enquiries in person and by phone, while processing sales and bookings and managing cash with accuracy.
Applicants should have at least 6 months in a customer service role, strong numeracy and IT skills, and excellent communication abilities. A Basic DBS check is required, with shift patterns including weekends.
