About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Solicitor to join our dynamic Private Client team in Saffron Walden. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on a portfolio of clients with specific needs in Wills, Trusts Tax and Probate.
What This Role Would Include
- Drafting wills.
- Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney and advising generally on client issues including Deputyships and other Court of Protection applications.
- Being sympathetic to the particular needs of elderly clients.
- Advising clients on basic Inheritance Tax Planning, including Inheritance Tax exemptions and reliefs.

- A qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with 1 year + PQE in Private Client law.
