About the role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate Solicitor/Legal Director to join our dynamic Commercial Property team in Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on high-quality, complex commercial property matters within a reputable and growing firm.

What this role would include

  • Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
  • Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, handling large-scale and complex transactions for a diverse client base.
  • Providing strategic advice to clients in sectors such as retail, hospitality, real estate development, and corporate.
  • Drafting and negotiating key legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and development agreements.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering commercial, solution-driven legal advice.

What we are looking for

  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years of PQE in Commercial Property law.
  • A strong track record of managing complex commercial property transactions independently.
  • A commercially astute and strategic thinker, capable of offering sound legal advice aligned with clients' business goals.
