About the role
We are looking for a motivated Senior Associate Solicitor/Legal Director, to join our dynamic Land & Real Estate team in Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on high-quality, complex property matters within a reputable and growing firm.
What this role would include
- Advising clients on a wide range of commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and developments.
- Managing your own caseload with minimal supervision, handling large-scale and complex transactions for a diverse client base.
- Providing strategic advice to clients in sectors such as retail, hospitality, real estate development, and corporate.
- Drafting and negotiating key legal documentation, including contracts, leases, and development agreements.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering commercial, solution-driven legal advice.
What we are looking for
While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement:
- A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 7+ years of PQE in Property law.
- A strong track record of managing complex commercial property transactions independently.
- A commercially astute and strategic thinker, capable of offering sound legal advice aligned with clients' business goals.
