About the role: We are looking for a motivated Solicitor to join our dynamic Medical Negligence team in either Cambridge or Chelmsford. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, working on complex cases within a reputable and growing firm. Providing proactive, high-quality legal advice, supporting the team on larger matters, and managing time, billing, and profitability effectively. Consistently meets fee targets, works efficiently using technology, and helps strengthen the firm’s professional reputation.

What we are looking for:

  • A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 1+ year PQE in Medical Negligence law, alternatively CILEX with litigation rights.
