About the role
We are looking for a motivated Planning Lawyer, to join our dynamic Commercial team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work on high-quality, complex planning matters within a reputable and growing firm.
Responsibilities
- Advise on planning matters, including applications, appeals, enforcement, and judicial reviews.
- Draft and negotiate Section 106 agreements and other planning documents.
- Conduct legal research and prepare reports, briefings, and advice notes.
- Support senior lawyers on complex planning and environmental cases and liaise with authorities, developers, and stakeholders.
- Monitor developments in planning legislation, policy, and case law.
Qualifications
A qualified solicitor in England and Wales with 5+ years’ PQE in Planning and/or Environmental Law. A strong commercial awareness and strategic judgement, able to deliver clear, pragmatic legal advice aligned with clients’ operational and commercial objectives.
