About the role
We are looking for a motivated Marketing and Business Development Executive to join our dynamic Marketing team in Cambridge or Bishop's Stortford and help us deliver unforgettable campaigns that push the boundaries of professional services marketing.
What this role would include:
- Plan and deliver innovative marketing campaigns that support business growth across service lines and sectors.
- Drive digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, social, email, website) to maximise traffic, engagement, and conversions, supporting departmental and sector goals.
- Support the delivery of content creation across marketing channels, ensuring campaigns are on-brand, client-centric, and measurable.
- Working alongside the marketing and digital team to optimise the performance of our web and content.
- Provide actionable insight through reporting, analytics, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for
While the following skills and qualifications are beneficial, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement:
- Experience in Marketing and Business Development, with a strong track record in delivering results driven campaigns.
- You must have at least 3 years’ experience working in B2B marketing ideally within the professional services sector.
- Confident using analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Google Ads, Vuture or Click Dimensions) and other CRM tools.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofing skills with creative flair. We are looking for someone that can produce cut-through communications.
- Experience managing external agencies and budgets.
