About the role
We are looking for a confident and motivated Administration Assistant (Client Care Coordinator) to join our Residential Property team in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take the next step in their career, providing exceptional and proactive administrative support within a reputable and growing firm. Experience of working within residential property and conveyancing is desirable but not essential for this role.
What this role would include
- Working within the Residential Property team providing excellent administrative support.
- Communicating effectively with clients to provide a client focused service to both our clients and legal advisers.
- Checking, amending and the formatting of letters and other documents produced by the Document Production team.
- Compiling confidential correspondence and emails on behalf of the legal advisers.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

- An administration background and confident communication skills.
- Ability to work in a planned, proactive and organised way maintaining high attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience of working within residential property/conveyancing is desirable but not essential.
