We have an exciting opportunity to join a team at the heart of the Tees Valley Combined Authority. As an Appraisal Officer, you will support the delivery of appraisal and assurance activities across the TVCA Group. You will work closely with the Appraisal Manager to assess projects and programmes, ensuring robust analysis, value for money, and effective decision‑making.
Responsibilities
- Review business cases and conduct detailed analysis.
- Coordinate appraisal activity and support high‑quality outcomes.
- Communicate findings clearly, both written and verbally, to a range of audiences.
- Identify risks and issues and suggest practical solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders across different teams.
- Maintain accurate and consistent work through attention to detail.
- Prioritise multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
