We are looking to recruit a Band 6 Clinical Lead to work on our MHSOP ward at Springwood, Malton. The position is a secondment covering 6 months and requires agreement from your current line manager to be released on a secondment basis. Springwood is a 14‑bed ward for patients living with dementia who also have additional frailties, vulnerabilities and challenging behaviours.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Provide leadership and organisational skills, working closely with a variety of professional teams across North Yorkshire and the wider organisation.
  • Develop and mentor staff within the team and collaborate with the Ward Manager to maintain the highest standards of care.
  • Continue assessing patients, reviewing and updating treatment plans with a focus on positive behaviour support.
  • Deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centred care and support for carers.

Visa Sponsorship

We offer sponsorship for a Health and Care Worker or Skilled Worker visa, subject to candidate and position eligibility.
