Tees Components Ltd. is seeking an Apprentice Trainer to develop and support our machine shop apprentices at our onsite training facility. You will guide a small cohort from entry level to competence in basic milling and turning and in shop floor behaviours.
The trainer will assist with recruitment, train apprentices for their first 12–18 months, and continue supporting them as they progress under works management supervision.
