As Director of Adults, Health and Wellbeing, you will lead a diverse portfolio spanning Adult Social Care, Public Health, Housing, Fairer Stockton-on-Tees and Strategic Commissioning.
You will play a critical role in tackling some of the most significant challenges facing our Borough, from health inequalities and prevention to safeguarding, independence and community wellbeing.
You'll join a high-performing Corporate Management Team that believes in collaboration, challenge and collective leadership.

We're looking for a strategic leader with significant leadership experience in adult social care who can see beyond organisational boundaries, build influential partnerships and drive meaningful change.

The successful candidate will become our Statutory Director of Adult Social Care and Caldicott Guardian, providing visible leadership across the organisation whilst helping shape the future direction of the Council and the Borough.
