What we’re looking for:
- Someone who will lead the creative delivery of high-impact campaigns and projects, developing standout concepts that bring our brand to life across multiple channels.
- Act as a guardian of our visual identity, ensuring all creative output is engaging, consistent, high-quality and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation, translating audience insight into compelling visual content that drives engagement and supports organisational goals.
- Provide senior creative leadership by managing and developing design talent, guiding freelancers and agencies, and advising on creative planning, production and resource allocation.
This is a really exciting time for the Teenage Cancer Trust brand, and the Senior Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the evolution of our visual identity going forwards.
